Supporting the project sites

OPM will provide on-going support to the pilot sites throughout the life of the project. They will act as the primary liaison point for all sites and the fulcrum for the sharing of learning and mutual support between sites that is essential for the success of the work.

All sites will now have met the dedicated liaison from OPM who will work with them over the coming year. OPM are here to help sites achieve the best possible outcomes through:

• ensuring all sites are aware of the learning from other sites and where they may provide support to others or draw support from others.
• helping sites to identify solutions to challenges.
• helping sites to understand better the work and the requirements of the department.
• providing the means through which sites can enhance their learning, engage in supportive relationships and develop effective approaches to information prescribing.
• providing action learning support and strong learning networks.
