Promoting IP: Building blocks and success criteria

We have prepared a communication checklist that gives you the building blocks for promoting IP to your organisation, patients and partners. Communication is crucial to creating the climate for change. It is also needed to make sure that people understand why change is necessary and what is means for them individually. The building blocks (people, culture and systems) are there as useful reminders to help you cover the right ground to launch and sustain your IP programme.
