Introducing the processes needed to deliver IPs locally
Whatever approach you decide to take to delivering IPs locally, it will need to include the following elements, which we look at in this section:
- Developing your IP
- Identifying content and developing information directories
- Quality assurance of your information
- Designing information prescription templates
- Thinking through the different delivery methods
- Prescribing information, including written scripts or prompts to help with this
- Dispensing the information prescribed
- Recording what has been offered
