Pilot learning
One of the strongest messages that came out of the launch conference was that pilot sites want to share more information and insights with each other. Pilot sites are providing many useful examples which we are very pleased to publish. This page links to other pages containing examples that sites have contributed, grouped under the following headings:
- Pilot case studies
These case studies are split into a number of topic headings - creating and using information directories, patients and carers, health professionals, stakeholder engagement, information prescription process and patient pathways. - Information prescription templates
Examples of information prescription templates that organisations are developing. These are now in the 'process' section of the online resource - Information prescription cards,
leaflets and posters
Supporting materials to improve people's understanding of what an information prescription is. These are now in the 'promoting information prescriptions' section of the online resource - Ways of recording when an information
prescription is offered
For example, software in development. These are now in the 'process' section of the online resource
Findings from first stock-take: AprilMay 2007
All pilot sites were asked to complete a stock take form in April, which posed a number of questions which will help us identify common areas of good progress, key challenges and where central support will be helpful. We have now analysed all the responses, and set out briefly the findings and requests for more support. You can read the stock take report here.
