Four pilot sites are working in the area of elderly mental health. They are:

• Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust – dementia and depression
• Isle of Wight – dementia and depression
• Leeds Mental Health Trust – memory loss
• Suffolk and Ipswich – general
