The information prescriptions project board
The project board overseeing the information prescriptions piloting and evaluation programme meets monthly. Its membership comprises representatives from the evaluation consortium, Department of Health policy team and organisations related to the pilot sites. The project board has representation from a range of pilot sites, and will link closely with the work of each pilot site.
The project board is the decision making body surrounding the pilots, and works to:
- ensure project delivery
- offer wider context and connections
- act as sounding board and advisor
- help anticipate and manage risks
- provide a platform for discussions
The project board has ultimate responsibility for making decisions regarding the information prescriptions piloting programme, and will work to resolve any issues as they arise.
